The Comforts and Safety of Home
Featuring a living room, dining room, study nook, lounge, three porches, and private baths for most of the bedrooms. Each room comes fully furnished, with brand new linens available by request. There's plenty of space for social distancing in and around the house.

The house is beautifully furnished with wood floors, granite-topped solid wood furniture, and sleek leather sofas. Set on a beautiful creek, surrounded by old trees, on almost two acres of land, and near a walking path, soccer field, and basketball court.
Convenient to Everything
Just a 5-minute drive from Cornell, on four TCAT bus routes (free for 1st year Cornell students), and walking distance to shopping destinations like The Triphammer Marketplace, The Shops at Ithaca Mall, and more!

The room features a comfortable full-sized bed, a hardwood wardrobe, nightstand, floor and table lamps, and wall mirror. The room comes with a private full-size bathroom with a granite-topped vanity across the hallway.
